One avionics panel done. I did not have white wire so I had to use .10 fly tying lead wire and paint it white. Reference then mine... Still some lightening of the dark gray to do with drybrushing...

The rotor shaft (?) went together nicely. According to another build of the same model the linkage is supposed to be set at 45 degrees and not facing forward per the instructions, so I did it that way. The instructions also say this whole unit should be painted as steel. But, looking at this...

A wee test fit. The rubberbands have only the slightest tension and everything meets perfectly without force.

Cockpit is done I think. I used Eduard seatbelts since I had them in my stash. All in all I am pleased so far! I added a dot of Gauzy clear over the dials.
