Yes I have been working on this. It has been bits and pieces usually on the weekends and I spent a couple of weekends just getting the tracks the way I wanted. They are not permanent as I left one link where I could pull it apart and remove the track on each side. Works like a champ! Anyway...

You did quite well with the figure Tim! Look at some of the guys that do a lot of figures and observe how they do the shading and you will knock it out of the park!
