OK so y'all are wondering what I'm doing. In the reference photos that are in the instructions for this scheme you can see the shadow of earlier roundels where they were painted over. That's what I'm trying to accomplish. And the tonal variations you see should settle down when I flat coat...

What's your heat source? I got nothing for you on making 4 identical. I suppose you'd have to make a former or a mold of some sort.

What I gather from the profile in the instructions the tri color roundals were over painted with camo and the smaller one was then painted in. Sooo

Several of the roundels have pre punched holes where access screws are on the radio door and gun doors. Makes alignment spot on.
