I've never seen the hasegawa kit, but the intakes were a royal pain in the ***. Just the usual gaps around the panel areas. Tim

MP, I used Tamiya tape and covered it with citadel's agrax earthshade paint. It's not a thick paint, but more like a dark wash. It's a trick I learned from watching Bobby Waldron when he built his HB F-14D over at Genessis Models. Tim
