    Bad Modeling Omen

You should replace it with one of those Foreman grills. No gas and you get a nice little catch tray at the bottom. CR

    Bad Modeling Omen

I read your post a couple of times wondering what really happened. I bet your Chefmate is ok, but you will need to change the regulator. The valves are made of pins and springs, something stretched or broke and POOF! you have an unregulated flow of gas- your rest experience could lead to the...

    Latest Acquisitions Revisited!

Latest Acquisitions My latest was bought today- a new set of ink carts for my printer. Not really model related but at 58 bucks it's worth mentioning! I did add 5 kits and some AM stuff to the stash though. When the Shilka parts come in I'll post it all. Happy Sunday, :drinks :drinks...

    1/35 Shilka interior set?

I read on some forum last night that a builder was asking $300 American for the Trakx set! Don't know if he got it, and don't care! I'm not paying that, but I wouldn't mind matching or going over just a bit with the MSRP. It looks interesting as all get.

    FW 189A-1 Nacht Jager

Don't sell yerself short Smurff, I bought this kit because because of what it was and that the reviewers said that it is a joy to build, but there was almost universal agreement that the canopies mask set was a royal bish to get right. Ask Chuck W about that one! Keep it going. CR

All Righty ... What are you doing today ? If your truck has a fuel injector you should add a bottle of Lucas to a tank of that ethanol free gas Bob, phantom is right about the low octane.

Where is Global Warming when you need it?

Wow! I really hope the beacon survives all the weight of that ice Bob. Winter can give you some awesome pics though the thought of digging through that to fix something sends more than a shiver down my spine. CR

    1/35 Shilka interior set?

Although things have been slow at the bench, things have been a bit brisk in the receiving dept. I'm building my aftermarket set for my DML Shilka now and already have the PE set and the barrels ordered. My tracks are pending- Then I find this...

Where is Global Warming when you need it?

With all the posts about how the southern climes are experiencing hot weather now i have to wonder if that isn't the norm. The northern (above the equator) areas are in their winter now because of the north pole's tilt away from the sun, in our summer the northern climes above the equator will...

And liquid becomes gas- You know in summer i'll take the cap off my truck's radiator when its low on water, next morning it's full.

Where is Global Warming when you need it?

We'll be crying 'global warming' when the heat hits this summer. I can't wait to see the flooding down south when all this northern snow starts to melt. It's all good. CR
