I don't want to slobber all over your airplane model, but this Canadian Albatross is just magnificent! Ever since the Monogram 1/72 HU-16, this is one of my favorite subjects. I have a "thing" for seaplanes and flying boats.

This is the coolest model I think I've ever seen you build! :vgood: Except for the Castor oil from the valve train, I always wonder how weathered the underside of an airplane would need to be. :bm:

1/700 USCG Sentinal class WPB, 45' RB-M, Bait class WPSS and Lagoon catamaran decal proof. There is a liitle extra space on the 4X6 decal sheet, so If you wish for a favorite Fast Response Cutter to be added, that is still possible. I sized the stern script to fit the model.

This size cutter is used on PCB's and I'll wager it moves very slowly and precisely in a real CNC machine. My fingers are surely less precise and steady than this.

The Carbide CNC cutters I wanted arrived, so .2mm drilling began on RB-M mooring and towing bits. .2mm is perfect for installing finer .008" copper wire for finer bit and antenna details. I snapped the brittle bit drilling the after towing bit on the FRC and there was only 1 in the forty-piece...

My fondness for 1/700 nautical scenery continues. The kit part for the balcony/fire escape on the house was kinda chunky, so I made a replacement from scrap P/E fret and added a ladder. The little apartment house is adorable!
