    Straight Out Of Mayberry

That is one mean looking Vickie Goob. I really like those older Trophy series AMT kits. You even made those monster looking headers look Ok. Now you need to get a 4 door Ford sedan to be Barneys police car. Dave

    The Duke's Latest Armor

Duke, Those are a couple of interesting looking pieces. With that sloped frontal armor, the Mercava looks a lot like the Swedish S tank from earlier on. That AA gun looks real good as well. I'm sorry I haven't been on for so long, but life gets in the way at times.Be good and enjoy your...

    The Duke's Latest Armor

Duke, its been a long time since I was on the forum. I commend you on the job you did on those 4 hour builds and the wargame stuff. The 4 hour builds are interesting looking, but that Mine Roller looks like a bear. I hope you and yours have a Merry Christmas and a joyous New Year as well Dave

    Moebius 1971 Ford Ranger Pick-up

I like how your 71 Ford is turning out. I love the colors and the extra details you added to it. Starting to look very realistic. Good job. Dave

    The Duke Finishes Three Vehicles.

Duke, Those are all some nice looking pieces. That ammo hauler just needs a bit of WWI style weathering done to it to make it look right. The fuel truck looks like it should be right at home with an airfield diorama, and that tank is one I have never seen before. Very good job IMHO! Dave

    Sprue sadness

Maybe, If you are lucky, the sprues will still be bagged, in which case ID should be easy. All of my opened kits are still bagged, and I've had most of them for a good many years. Take a look and don't be hasty in tossing those kits. Aftermarket decals aren't that hard to deal with.

    Modelers Alliance CONSPIRACY THEORY

I think someone has been doing WAY too much glueing and painting in enclosed spaces. GET SOME FRESH AIR!!!!!

The Duke's Latest Automobiles and Something Extra.

My pleasure my friend. I also build some Aircraft and a couple of ships, just need to get a way to show them off and take some pix when they are finished. We moved into a different Apt. back on Nov. 1 and we're finishing up the room setups. I'm not sure how to post the pix when I do get them...

The Duke's Latest Automobiles and Something Extra.

Mark: Those are some good looking models. You should try to get another Monkeemobile around the holidays and build it up as Santas new sleigh. Just delete the rear seats to put the big guys goody sack. Everything else looks real good. You did them all real proud. And there I thought you...

    The Duke's Motor Pool

Duke, That motor pool looks fantastic. I knew that your Dora was big, but THAT monster is GINOTMOUS!!! I didn't realize that you had as many German trains as you are showing. Congrats again on passing the 700 mark, and try to get to the 1000 mark soon. How about a group picture with all your...

700 Now Done...Last Five Are Here and Done.

I thought you had your armor and all separated into Nationalities and eras. If it has a chance of being too fargile, don't do it. I just thought it would be easier for convenience sake to do it like I thought. Still looking forward to seeing the clan. Dave

    Scorpion FV101

Nice looking little vehicle. I'm not quite up on British vehicles like I used to be. Is that the British equivalent to the American M2 Bradley, or the American M551 Sheridan? I'm asking because it looks neat and I might try one in 1/72 if financially possible. Dave

700 Now Done...Last Five Are Here and Done.

Congrats Mark on making it to the 700 mark. It has been a long and arduous journey, with lots of incidents happening in between (Ie, Shooting ones hand with a nail gun). Can't wait for the family pictures, They're bound to be wonderful. In doing this, you should maybe do the pictures by...

695 Now Done... Five More To Go

Mark, I started going through your progress on the "Whats on the workbench". I was busy with our move and the related craziness associated with it. It took the better part of a week to get our cable/internet back online, and I hadn't been keeping up with this group like I should have. Damn...

695 Now Done... Five More To Go

Mark: I just looked this thread over, and I must say, you are quite the builder. You have given me some motivation there. I was given the Panzer "Fuchs" last year at Christmas, and now I see you've gone and built one. Nice job my friend. I need to do mine now. Great work. Merry CHRISTmas...

    Latest Acquisitions Revisited!

Nice looking GTO, even if it's missing a nose piece, although you say you have the piece on now. Nice color choice. Dave
