    Possibly my new obsession...

The new front tires arrived today, but the real story about them is they made it from Lincoln Nebraska to N. Georgia in 3 days! I noticed the ignition coil was wired straight to the ignition switch, bypassing the resister. Since I don't know the history of the coil on it I decided to get a new...

The camo is on and I cheated (Chickened out) by using the ol' Silly Putty to keep me in the lines 🤭

Not anymore than using 3.75 reader glasses to read the fine print. A man's gotta do what a man's got to do to survive.

My favorite airbrush was an old Thayer Chandler I got second hand. Those were the lacquer thinner days. The paint flowed so much better.

Das Werk 7.5cm Pak 40 in 1/16th scale

Yes, I'm getting familiar with that sort of thing with the Takom/Das Werk stuff. I messed up with the jack clamps on the Panzer I build because the instructions weren't clear. Oh well...it keeps things interesting!

    Possibly my new obsession...

With all the rain we've had here the grass better be green! I think we broke a record for rainfall in the month of May. We don't have nice grass in our yard. The 3 acres of mowed yard grass is just the plain pasture kind, it was a cow field before my wife had the house built.

    Possibly my new obsession...

I replaced the prestolite/Ferguson distributor with a new Ford 8n one. This tractor is mechanically simple, but finicky. I got lucky. When I hit the starter button the engine jumped to life. Boy, was I happy. I've ordered a new set of front tires. The ones on it are Firestones and are pretty...

Looking very nice so far. That's going to be an impressive display hooked to the 251.

Primed and ready for paint. The tools proved to be a project themselves.

Thanks for the pics! I decided to keep the blackout cover on the center one and leave the ditch lights uncovered.

I'm getting my wife a shirt that says "I ride a Red Belly" 😉

Had to tweak some parts to fit, but overall everything went together well.
