Yep I learned the hard way about not using water as a thinner. I use Vallejo's thinner and flow improver.

Actually the instructions show just the inner wheels on, until the tracks are built. Then it shows adding the outer wheels. So evidently what they are telling you to do is glue the inner wheels on the shaft, you know, without telling you. I don't know. I'm going to do it my way. It would bother...

I saw Andy's videos and no, there isn't a mention of that. In the build video he has the inner wheels on with the outer ones off. I wonder if he glued the inner wheel on and just painted them attached? They would still roll because of the hub bearings.

I use Tamiya's fine surface primer. I have tried Vallejo primer, but didn't really like it. Maybe it was me not putting on a good coat with the airbrush, Idk. Anyway The Tamiya rattle can primer always lays down a flawless smooth finish for me. I use Testors clear dullcote to lock in paint...
