    Bf 109G-2 Trop

Bf 109G-2 Trop - Squiggles update I'm with Les- hard-edged would not be optimal. You can help yourself by tracing the pattern on with a pastel pencil or some such as a guide- then erase it when you're done. To whit:

COLORS FOR "FADE" DESERT/SAND GREY TANK?

That's an interesting video, for sure. Is your Merkava green? These colors will work for that. If it's sand, don't use green. Use some yellow ochre, dark brown, white and yellow- maybe some sepia, too. Dark brown (burnt umber) would work well for those "fake shadows", or as Mike Rinaldi...

Gird your loins, The Big Bell is due out soon.

The fuselage prob is that it's circular at the windscreen instead of being slightly flattened in that area. As a member of the quality control group I can only say- who knew? ;) I just want to make a camo bird with racy nose art. :D

    NATO's LanceR- a Romanian MiG 21MF in 1/48

Well, Skinny Mike, I am evil after all! Build that kit- you'll love/hate it as much as I did. ;) While waiting for the mystery kit, I'm working on the nose strut to get the oleo all chromed up. Again, my thanks to all!

Congrats, Big Daddy! More than models keep this man busy. ;D That looks absolutely spectacular. I like Lifecolor paints myself, and have had good luck by putting a little Mr Retarder in the mix. I use an Iwata Custom Micron B, and it's been pointed out of late that this type of AB is...

    NATO's LanceR- a Romanian MiG 21MF in 1/48

Thanks, guys! I was out in the garden and our road allll day yesterday. That stuff will kill you if it doesn't make you stronger! Moon, I was scratching my bald noggin and that idea just popped in. The resin parts are a bit off as they don't take into account the angle at which they attach...

3 Ton Truck with a Coal Engine

They had a system that heated wood to release the methane, and used that gas to run the engine. Holzgas power!
