Don't have any pictures yet, but this weekend I started working on the helicopter model I picked up at my model club meeting last Friday. I have to say I was a bit surprised to see the amount of flash & mold seams that are present on the kit. It's a Revell Germany kit, so I know to not expect...

That is pretty cool. If they hadn't had the description on that page about the holes, I would have guessed they were for weight reduction instead of cooling. I wonder how well it worked b/c the air would just hit the surface of the tire, it doesn't look like they've got any ducting at all to...

Amazing work. I know I recognized Michael Douglas from Falling Down (last) & Daniel Craig (2nd to last) and then Michael Keaton (1st) & Morgan Freeman (3rd). The 2nd one kinda looks like Edward Norton. That guys skills are just mind blowing.

I'm really liking all these decals. I'd never heard of Echelon or Star and both have decals that could be very useful for the BTR & BMP kits I got awhile back.

Only GeeBee kits I've ever built were the R-1 & Z kits from Williams Brothers and I liked them, but that was probably close to 20 years ago.
