Some more progress on both tanks........ The A7V has somefinal work on the roof cables but the base and the rest of the tank are ready for paint. Also, I am still needing to add a little more barbed wire. The British MKV is finally ready for paint. I added wood grain to the plain wooden beams...

In a lot of the post WW2 photos you see the kids are always climbing on old tanks and planes , half naked, no shoes, with shards of metal sticking out everywhere, a lot of it rusty - the kids then were a lot tougher than the current lot. :eyeroll:

Got my first one in the mail from Sprue Bros. and realised I wanted 2....second on the way. A lot larger than I first realised but will be fun to texture and weather to make look real - I may turn 1 link into a brush holder by drilling small holes accross the middle.

I actually love this build and think it is pretty spot -on with the oil - still looks tough! When I eventually do mine I plan to use yours as my ref. :vgood:

A little more progress on both kits....... I fixed the gap issues on the A7V and attached it to the base, which only has the basics of ground work and texture at present. I started with a simple foam sheet for both bases The MkV Male has had some more progress as well, with the base...

Looks very Nice Terry :vgood:. Love the ground work also..... I know you won't be happy with me but as me being a Pzr 3 nerd, the N model never had the early rear idler as the H series introduced the new wider track, front drive sprocket and shock absorbers. Some were missed due to using...

Thats looking really good MP. :vgood:Some nice weathering and contrast should make it pop! A figure sitting on that flat top with the legs hanging down would work nicely.

Well as I said, that's expense....$365.00 AUD before postage to down under, so over $400 then. :blink May as well get a WNW version [but luckily I have 8 of my own, which I purchased when they came out for $70 AUD, with free postage... except for 1 which I got from MP(Bob) - special Goering...

If its all 3d printed it will be really pricey! Would probably be cheaper to by a WNW kit of Ebay even at those prices.
