    AMT '67 Mustang Fastback--Completed 05/20

Ok gang. This build came to a close after right at 10 months just a few days ago. I kind of hate seeing this one end as my mom was following me on this one pretty closely before she passed in late January from Covid pneumonia. With that being said....this one's for you momma. This whole build...

    AMT '67 Mustang Fastback--Completed 05/20

Thanks Chris!! Tony I appreciate it bud. Got 'er taken care of and thanks for the comments. Thanks bud. I always had a soft spot for these old cars. In real life there were a few things that Ford could've done differently to make 'em a bit sturdier starting with that nasty front end that they...

    Tamiya Fw 190 D9

My favorites all time birdie and in such a small scale. Your efforts are to be commended for all the work in the wheel wells, engine (half) and cockpit. I've built an A series as well as a D series in 1/48 scale and really enjoyed building the pits in both but was always surprised at how little...

    AMT '67 Mustang Fastback--Completed 05/20

Thanks Chris!! LOL!! Bust that Torino out man. Here's the completed rear panel. I did NOT like those stupid little bumperettes that stem from the rear bumper down along side of the license plate. I never did like those things and sure as hell never had any on my 1:1 scale car. I cut those off...

    AMT '67 Mustang Fastback--Completed 05/20

Concentrating some of my efforts on the rear panel now. I looked at the fuel cap fit on the panel and it was just waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too thick. Probably a scale 4-5 inches thick which is not the way it should be. I mean look…here it is on mine: the one one the right is how far it WOULD have...
