As I have been wanting to model a Dana ever since I saw one, my chances improved with the release of the Hobby Boss kit. Well now that I have a kit, references are required. Introducing the Wings and Wheels Publication book on the Dana.

Weighing in at a respectable 164 pages the book includes a History and Development, In Action, and extensive walk around. Following that is a small section on Zuzana and then a section on camouflage. It ends with 9 nice colour plates of colour schemes. The one that piqued my interest was Lady Gaga. The book is a soft cover from the Photo Manual for Modelers series.
The walk around is so comprehensive, I cant imagine one needing any other refs. The pictures are clear and cover everything a modeler could desire. I know now that if a person wanted to do the Hobby Boss kit justice they would need this book and about a mile of wire. Just trust me on that. While there are brief descriptions of parts and workings, this is a photo journal.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this book whether you are going to build the Dana or not just because of the interesting subject matter. Mine was purchased from Sprue Brothers courtesy of my wallet.
