What a cute F-CK-1 A!

And you thought I was cursing? So, what the F-CK-1 A is it? This is the Republic of China Air Force's Indigenous Defense Fighter. Designed with cooperation from several American defense giants (including General Dynamics which explains the Fighting Falcon similarities), this aircraft has entered production.

Simple kit to build. My son had it snapped together in only five minutes. I did glue the joints and filled in one small gap caused when I cut too deeply the sprue attachment point from the upper half of the fuselage. Painting will be done soon and photographs posted of this father/son collaboration.
