A nice thing about Eduard is that they release the sprues from their kits separately without instructions, decals, PE, masks, or other aftermarket. This is great when the decal options don't have what one wants or if the sheet from their profi-pack has a second option one wants. The box is plain and very nondescript. See URL links for the instructions in PDF format.
We begin with Sprue Tree F from the previous late Mustang releases. It covers weapons and drop tanks hung from the aircraft (aka underwing/fuselage stores):
The nice thing about the Overtrees release is that it includes both canopy option sprues. This is Sprue Tree K for the 'Birdcage Canopy' release... note the open and closed canopies...
Sprue Tree L is for the Malcom Hood release... note the open and closed hoods.
Sprue Tree M covers the fuselage halves.
We jump to Sprue Tree O (It seems Sprue Tree N will be for the F-6B/C release and may include the dorsal fin extension as an option) which covers the wings.
Like the interior of the fuselage halves, the inner wings have areas ready to accept Eduard's aftermarket...
Sprue Tree P...
Sprue Tree R...
Sprue Tree S...
Here we see a photo-recon F-6c, converted from a P-51C-1NT, with Malcolm Hood and dorsal fin extension. We may see these options with the release which includes Sprue Tree N.
