Thanks Pup , BroSki , Rhino , Ian , much appreciated . Done , and done . I gotta send a nasty letter to the CAT dealership tho , the right side rear view mirror sits higher than the left . Next up is a beat up surplus wrecker .

99% done . Some more weathering , rear view mirrors , eleven more hydrolic hoses and twenty two metal hose ends .

More progress . The silver hydrolic arms , the wheels and the connection between the bucket and frame may look a little crooked/off but that;s cuz nothing is glued yet .

On to weathering , the bucket/business end is pretty much done . I'm using AK Iteractive cracked earth effects , highly recommended . The effects on the main body still need more weathering .

Cab's finished . Almost gave up but used two windows from a MiniArt tram kit .

Made progress yet still tons to do , distressing/weathering etc. Made a fuel cap and neck [ kit had none ] . Headlights were soild resin bits , drilled them out and added a copper filiment and nicked some glass headlight pieces from somewhere in the spares box . Need to add hydrolic hoses all...

Man , I love this kit !!! So far everything is all good in the universe , fit , paint up etc. The suspension is a rocker arm type so all wheels will be touching the ground even on extreme uneven ground . The front end is also positionable , left , right etc , the bucket up , down etc. I'm even...

Ian build your loader , take it off the shelf , it's a weathering dream palette . It looks like the base kit is the same as the NATO version sans armored cab and front fenders . Next up is the Mig wheel loader . This kit so far is a dream compared to the Plus Models Hyster kit . First thought...

Ok , it was a long bumpy road but it's done . After getting the main body built and painted this ia what I was left with . So now my choice was , tarp the front somewhat to hide the uneven thingie or shim the left rear wheel and put some pallets or oil drums around it to hide the 1/16th...

I like the muted pastel colors of the color [ sunless ] pic. The b/w is ok The color pic doesn't [ to me ] mean there's no sunlight , there's no sunlight on thick pine forest floors anyway . The real golden , lifetime achievement award would go to you capturing a ray of sunlight on the dio...
