Thanks Paddy! Early 80's, the times of BIG turbos and ceramic brakes - In 'qualifying' state of tune its rumoured this 1500cc BMW engine could kick out 1000bhp. Although not for long i imagine.... Can see why it would need good brakes!

Cheers guys. Paddy, I've been using Zero paints 2 part etch primer but i think the metal is so soft its not really helping much! Just need to be more careful with it i guess. I've made a bit more progress, got the brakes painted up. Went for the carbon ceramic brakes and used Zero paints...

Paddy it’s all a learning curve isn’t it! You’re doing a great job, I went through your bike builds and wow they were great too. I’m building a Brabham bt52, very slowly. I’ll start a thread documenting it.
