Welcome aboard Mel,
Can't wait to see pics of what you are working on.
This time keep it away from Jenny, so you can finish it. :eek:hmy:
Get Richie to hide it if you have to.
Again, welcome aboard.

Hiya Mel:

Glad to see that you made it to the new site. Even though it was a couple of weeks ago. Sorry I haven't said hi till now.
And it's a good thing you told us all, or I would have been permanently banished to the naughty corner if I would have made a guess at what a Wasgij is ;) . And I think that you should try one of the Tamiya 1/48th scale airplanes to get started. They are very well designed, go together like vegemite and toast :D , And there are not a lot of parts. You could always just hide it on the top shelf where Jenny would never see it  :idonno :whhh . But if Richie shows her where it is, just buy her something chocolate and she will forget all about it

Welcome to the crazy house Mel, from another newby. Don't mind the airdales, we like getting down and playing in the mud and dirt. It just makes it harder for the bad guys to find us. Them shiney things are too much like targets, that why I stay with early WWII A/C. More Cammo.

i forgot to point out wentworth puzzles to you mel!

if you want a jigsaw that really drives you insane give them a try!

among others i did this one:

http://www.jigsaws.co.uk/more_info.php?id=66&c=41&t=8033&p=&pgnum=4

it took me sheer endless time to finish it and it drove me more than insane! (the teddybear shaped part was my personal nemesis in this one!)

wouldn't that be a wonderful and cute one:

??

wentworths are heaps of fun!

Hi Mel. If Jenny wont let you do the wingy thingy then you could always try something like a boat and get everyone going :silly:. Hmm must ask one day why aircraft are so taboo. Anyways welcome and looking forward to your builds.
James

I am not going to build a plane :eek:hmy: I am going to build a little Humvee in May for the Braille scale bonanza ;) Sven is going to help with advice ;)

 Maybe I can use Jennys airbrush (not Hairbrush  )
