Need help to complete a UN Le Clerc.

does anyone know or have some pics of the above. I need some views of the road wheels but will take any pics of this tank in UN markings

Also any other UN schemes for armour would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Dave

Dave,

Sorry for the late reply. If you still want Leclerc pictures in UN service, I have around 13 pictures of it in service in Lebanon. If you want to drop me a line I will email them to you. The file is rather large to post online.

Gary :)

Useful thread on Armorama -

Also, as suggested in the above, go to http://www.gettyimages.com and search for "UNIFIL French". There are some nice LeClerc images to be found.

Basically seems to be paint the whole thing white... plaster a big UN logo on it.... and then get it all dirty...

Thanks for those links, epecially the Getty Images one as it has some great reference shots.

Doing it in UN maarkings as somethng completly different than usual as you don't ofen see many UN marked vehicles completed in kits these days.

The Leclerc is sitting in front of me at the moment, resplendent in white sitting hext to an ASLAV and a Tamiya bren gun carrier. The ASLAV will alos be completed as a UN vehicle
