Hither and yon, many moons ago, in search of tiny Tiger tanks went Rhino with his most trusted friends on a safari. Hobby shops in more than 5 states were searched. Model contest vendors were interrogated. collectors questioned. For Rhino feared these tiny Tiger tanks kits may go "extinct".
Verily, Brothers, these were much simpler times. Days before internet was much in use in Rhino's humble country home. He did not fear technology. He clearly chose NOT to use it.

HA! I bet you guys thought I would build another resin TLAR Model for this campaign!

(There is a new open air Tiki Bar in the works)
Nay my fellows, this month Rhino builds, at long last, the tiny Tiger tank of Tunisia!!:yipee::Drinks::salute:

Rather than globbing filler putty over the hull seams, I used small bits of stretched sprue, softened with MEK to schmush into the gaps.
THEN walked AWAY! I borrowed a brown paint pen to do the rubber tires on the running gear. Black would be pretty stark in this scale.
Ich danke euch wieder fur dem ansehen!

All fixed and Frohlich! Old ways are the best ways.

The tiny Tiger tank tracks are sort of vinylish and sort of PVC-ish. Went back into the old school toolbox and mixed up some dry powder grime and rubbing alcohol and dobbed it on. Looks ok.

See here the Tiny Tiger Tank of Tunisia in her finished form! The 2007 decals took a while to soak off, but applied well and snugged down sweetly with a teensy dab of Solvaset. I was surprised by how much really fine detail Dragon put on their 1/144 scale German Armor.
I was trying to think of ways to "populate" Rommel's 112 Tiger 1. The picture I followed showed almost no additional stowage. Like maybe North Afrikans don't have much the German Army needs to steal? :bm:"Do you want to buy a camooll?"
An easy fun tank model to build!

Ich Danke euch fur dem wieder ansehen!

There was a minor altercation after I finished the Tiny Tiger.
You guys remember the Clown fish that pokes his nose into many of my builds?

Herr Rommel buttoned up and took off after the irritating Clown fish. It seems Der Feldmarschall cain't abide clowns of any sort without cannon fire.
Thanks for your kindnesses! It is indeed a rare occasion when I finish a model kit. Rarer still, when I do so in the allotted time limit.

one bad sneeze and its all over!! That bottle cap really puts it into perspective! Nice Job!
