This all began with this little fellow
yes, I know, that is not scale modelling, well a litlle it will be. In a kind of garage sale I found him and some other offered for a bag of Haribo each. All others a already occupied by my grandchildren but this is mine ...
This open a door to a dio I for years wanted to do, so I needed figures, but civil figures based in the second half of the 60ies - no chance, so I ended up converting some of those
Don't ask me who or where those are made - anyway now the glorious 7 do look like this
I'm not a hero if it comes figure painting but you can imagine 7 German Police Men from round 68 or 69
And for the tractor, well it is far away from being finisched, this is a dicast model made for a collector, so I added some wire here and there and some other bits and pieces to busy up the engine area. Then I painted the parts in green, black, red and silver. After that a first green wash/filter toned down the engine. Then I started the chipping only at the front part around the engine and the front wheels. Every thing behind the engine is untouched so far
