RMS TITANIC 1/350 Academy/Minicraft and some PE

Looks like you've got your work cut out for you Gary. :soldier

I think they got it wrong in the movie also, when the ship went down I don't remember any port holes on the stern, and if it's in a movie, you know it's got to be right, right??
:mpup

To whom is this Gary to which you speak?????

Movie??? There's a movie??

I'm using this as a guide.http://rivetcounter.txc.net.au/Tutorial/Alteration_Pages/36Portholes.html

Obviously I'm having to hold off on a lot of the material covered in this tutorial. I'd take me years to follow all the hints and fixes and modifications. Years I tell ya.... you all know how slow I build. :(

I got a little sit down time this morning, so I got the bilge keels and prop shaft struts glued on.

Really not much to brag about, but some filling and sanding are in my future. I see a lot of that with this kit!

I expect things will start picking up once I get my Tax check and an order into Tom's.

Thanks for looking.

I had part of the day off yesterday due to tornadoes, so I got down to filling the gaps around the shaft struts.

Still waiting for the tax refund to make my PE order,

I'll get some pics up later today.

Thanks guys! We dodged the worst of it here. But it was unsettling none the less.

I promised some pictures, didn't I?

Not much to show. Round one of filling and sanding around the shaft struts.

I'm going to brush some paint on there later today and see if I need another go at it. Probably will...
