A fine kit with good fit, a little flashy in places but makes up for it with some nice detail.

I'm guessing the tiger head is a decal, think it will be easy enough to match up the colors on the rest of the scheme?
 
Thanks! Made some progress - the decals are huge but weren't too bad a bit crispy for my liking but went down ok with a bit of future, just a few touch ups to do -


 
Thanks - Finished, not my best effort I'm afraid (well I can't do anymore to make this look better) - whose stupid idea was it to use the decals??? :gogo :yipee

Dave, that came out looking really nice. I can't believe that was all decals. Reminds me of the Polar Lights 1/350 Enterprise Refit with all those aztec decals.

So what's the problem, I can't see any wrinkles or anything.
 
Not seeing the issue. From what I can see it looks good. Its amazing when you consider all the decals that go into this build. From the 2 Fokkers I have and am building I see how tough it is to decal a large area. The exhaust looks nicely done. If I was to be nit picky I would say the pitot tube is too shiny. It would be a bit darker and usually pitot tubes get a little bit of blueing (not too much) from the heat.

Maybe these will show what I mean.
