I recommend Poland 1939: The Blitzkreig Unleashed by Bob Carruthers. It is a compelling read with a great lead in chapter discussing the politics and passions that helped to ignite the invasion of Poland. I read mine on my tablet through Kobo, but I am sure any other Ereader would work. You should also be able to find it in most book stores. I learned quite a bit and the build means even more to me now.
