Hi all!

...I´ll show you how I did the earth effects on this little scene...after the application of this stuff I found that the groundwork got much uniform without any kind of contrast...so I must try things like damp earth,mud followed by lots application of washing and drybrushing...the improvment on the contrast I´ll show on the next update(it must be done on the next days...)

...well let´s see the earth effects application...

Hi all!

...working now with the groundwork...

...at first,painting the several stones...









...washing over the stones...









...a dark washing near the stones and the spent cartridge (simulating shadows)...






...a general washing(less darker)...









...time of highlights...









...some grass applied...and the groundwork is ready...








...and to finish this project is missing the tally plate and the Russian tanker...

That mud is very convincing, Luiz! Excellent color choices! I like the grass too, what did you use ?
