Pandemic Project No. 3-M47 Patton "Complete"

Really...That kind of blows 😒
Could you take a happy snap of one when your working on the other side as I've thought of getting a set of these for an upcoming project, just see what I'm in for. :hmm:

I will!

Half track tank. A small update I have one track run complete.

Wow Mr.T that is of course your excellent standard! I think the M47 is neat, there is another version of this kit by Takom I want to get around to in the future, as the Jordanians used them in the, um...'67 war I think it was. I too really like Takom, their kits build easily IMHO

GREAT WORK!

Ok I said I would show how the track links go together. There are three parts. The main track link and right and left pads. Each pad must glued in place with super glue and then the holes for the wire must be drilled out before assembly with the track run. Care must be taken when drilling as the parts may separate and will need to re-glued.

That's not bad, could be worse like those resin ones that have control horns, end caps and pads all separate. Sure they will be fully working once done but it's a STATIC model! :rotf

Looks great Terry :soldier

Thanks for posting the track pics, not horrible but not great either. However they sure do look nice when all done up.

And there are plenty of extra links so you don't have to worry about not having enough.
