Thanks Andy :) it was not so difficult but it makes alot of difference on the look.
here is guy nr.1 after some skintreatment, i also gave him a hardhat for protection.

added some wash with Mig brown wash to the edges of the clothes and around the hands and neck after this photo, it needs to dry a little then i hope it looks good.

Did some work on guy No 2 and i call them done! Difficult to take the decission on when to stop.

Hope you like them, i learned some new things with shadows and highlights.
And i'm gonna continue to get better at painting figures (i must because a big part of my stash is dragon and Masterbox figures!)
