In progress Football player, Chris Chamberlain

Joe Hudson

Master at Arms
I was looking at the pictures and something did not look right so I took out the dremel and went to town. The left arm is just blue tacked in place and will be moved to match the correct angle later. I think this pose is a little closer, what do you guys think?

Thanks again,

Joe

Hey Joe
I'm inclined to agree with Peter. It looks as close as you could get the photo!

Peter and Brad,

Thanks. I am still trying to tweak it but it is coming along and I hope to get a little more done soon. Thanks again, Joe

Considering how shoulder pads really fit I think you did the right thing.

The original pose looks like the arm is coming from the outside of the pad when it shouldn't be. Like your action photo shows, those things sit way up high on the shoulder and there should be a sort of 'disconnect' between them and the upper arm.

Nice eye and equally nice work!

Hey guys,

Sorry for the long delay but I have finally gotten back to work and here are a few pictures. I have a little more done and if all goes well, I hope to start painting him next week. Also from the angle it looks like the right arm is bigger but I have measured them and they are about right, nothing I do is never 100% :P

Here are some pictures, thanks for looking.

Hey guys,

I am working on Chamberlain at the same time as the Keenan. I think it looks a little like Chris and I hope that he will like it. Now back to the bench!
