Gonna get in on this action before the Mustang Mania kicks off. This is a miss package of Platz 1/144 scale P-47. Was suppose to be a bubble top but the plastic is a razor back. Eduard done goofed. Well see what happens, the decals and canopy mask or for the bubble top.

@Big10, the Eduard kit (which according to Brett Green's review should have two in the package) comes from the Platz molds. These kits (since Platz has the bubbletop & razorback) are still available. Obviously, the Eduard PE for their kit fits Platz perfectly, if this is the case.

This one only had 1 in the package. I know Platz still makes them, they are just not offered by Eduard with the decal option anymore unless you turn to evilbay.
This was one of the first they offered and had the wrong kit in the package. Maybe they offered 2 in the package after they fixed their mistake.

@Big10, I was under the impression you'd build at least a dozen so the kit decals wouldn't be enough. Fortunately, there are aftermarket options since I wasn't a fan of the T-33 decals in my Platz kit.
