Down in Africa Completed Builds

Yes, it did go together rather quickly. Being that it only had about 30 or 40 parts, there really wasn't much to putting it together as an out of the box build. Painting took the most time. I like how it turned out. I will probably knock out a few more quick builds to make it look like I am building a bunch of kits so my wife will be more receptive of me buying mote kits and accessories for some more serious builds. At least that is the plan...

James

Here's my completed Dingo Scout Car.

I am calling this model done. I think it turned out quite well, especially since it was from an older kit with less detail than those of today's standards.

Here it is...

Thanks for looking.

P.S. Yes, I did just copied and pasted from my last post in my thread about this kit.

The completion ribbon isn't showing up in my ribbon rack. Is there something wrong with that part of my profile?

Cheers,
James

As our fine friends over the pond would say that this is "Done & Dusted," literally.

That'll be one medal/merit badge, please!

Wow, this is one amazing build! You surely captured the appearance of a well-used desert vehicle. Magnificent!
