Desert - dio 5: Germans in the sand

Hi all,

Resuming to my desert series....
A Panzerjager I and a Pzkw II.
This could be near El Agheila, when Rommel started his first offensive.
The vehicles are not very battle-worn yet in this stage, just dust and small scratches.

Some of you might wonder how I build that fast.
Answer is easy, most vehicles were built years ago. Only adding some pigments and dust.
Sometimes I will do some improvements, like tracks and other small details.
So I only did the groundwork and a very simple Lybian hut.

Its not that hard, Bob. I could describe it, but pictures do a much better job, right ?
Next time a SBS with pictures ?
But I am far from being the best around in these
Maybe ask one of our Masters ?

just wish that I had the skill-set and patience to attempt this modelling discipline.

Ian think of this: a tank or a plane can take up weeks or even months to finish.
This scene was done in 3 evenings, and mainly because of the drying time in between.
Otherwise you could do it in ONE single day !
And it takes far less skills then a vehicle or plane, believe me

Detail of the subtile weathering, hardly visible on normal pictures.

Still accessories and more figures to do.
