Jim, that photo of dc-6 must have been taken in Belgrade. It was a nice show, lots of interestig models to see.

Here is a bit of progress on this bird...
All wheel pieces are ready for pait. It takes some time to prepare them, but BPK did a really nice job.

Landing gear is also done. I inserted metal pins, to make it stronger and took a gamble and already glued it. Lets see how long it will last

Hi guys!
Some more progress on this one...

Stairs are finished.

And after couple rounds of spraying primer and sanding, I started painting.

A few touch-ups are needed, but I'm pretty happy with how it came out.
I brushed on a coat of Future and tomorow is decaling time.

Decals are on. They are really thin and went on without problems. I sprayed several coats of gloss clear lacquer, then I polished the whole airplane and sprayed another coat of semigloss lacquer.

engines are also finished. Chrome looks grainy, but it's polished.

If everything goes well, this one should be finished soon! :yipee
