The glossy black is just for the sake of the "Six pack" decal that sits on the sides of the scoop. Will all be matted-down later.

Paint going on:









Halfords acrylic straight from the rattle-can. Ford Polaris Blue, not certain that there was a light blue on the 69 Super Bee option sheet, but it's exactly how I saw it in my head !!. Next I'll rub it right back with wet'n dry and LOTS of water, and give it another coat.

Probably need to change the photo backdrop for the next set :hmmm
 
First coat of clear went on this morning, will leave it for a couple of days to cure then rub-it-back and shoot a second coat. In the meantime I'm going to finish the block and the interior and then set-about the chassis and suspension.
