1/35 waterline Uboot type II

It has been almost 3 years :blink

These type of boats where use against the Russians in the Black sea and as school boats on the baltic coast.
Mine will be U19 ....A Black sea boat.

The body is made from Blue insulation foam board and sanded in to shape and covered with 0,5mm polystyrene sheet .

Saddle tanks / ballast tanks are done.
Wasn’t really sure how this would work and look , it was difficult to make ( bending plastic sheet, putty and and a bit of sanding.)
But turned out real good ..which was nice.

Test fitting the rear hatch,and i opened the exhaust (BIG) muffler compartment .
