    Bob, Try not to gloss up the prop. Give it a satin finish for scale effect. The real thing would of lost its shine fairly quickly. The sandpaper effect caused by the elements and prop-wash. Von Buckle ;)

    Hi Bob, The prop in your thread (SE5a) does not have brass covered tips. What you see before you is doped fabric. Looks like PC10 doped fabric. You can certainly use a doped fabric tipped prop on the Pup. Use medium sea gray for dope. Bingo! Bob Von Buckles :thumbsup
