Well now that I have my little area set up for model building away from home. I can finally start on this kit.

Has that one got lighting? I built one of those plus the Enterprise way back, both had lights that looked very cool

They did away with the lights in the early 70s I think. Although the basic kit has changed little since then. Round 2 models did redo a few parts to make them more detailed. They also filled in the open windows.
