Hi Ron, apologies for the late reply, I haven't been back to this for while,

Just going with the Yellow, I tried a combo of German Grey first then yellow over with intermittant patches but it looked odd, so this is what I finished with.

Done, the 88 is finished.

The barrel in full recoil is a nice touch as well as the soot,you could say the grenade has just left the barrel milli-seconds a go.
I can echo MP on the weathering as well.
