I was think the samething... :blink :facepalm...But kind of interesting though.
 
Probably some Canuckistanian. I believe we were the first to outfit Bren Gun Carriers with the system and called them Wasps. No way would I do anything with any flame thrower personally.

That is nuts! My unk was a navy Corpsman in WW2 in the pacific, and he once told me one of his survival strategies was to stay away from guys that carried flamethrowers
 
Thanks James, attacking a bunker in an unarmored jeep is one thing, making it an unarmored flamethrower takes it to the next level of WTF! :rotf

OK, so the nozzle the fire comes out of points forward. Right where you are going to be driving. Yeah it can probably be aimed off to the side, but a lack of coordination means that "OOPS!" You are now driving through the stuff you just sprayed out in an unarmored vehicle that is loaded with flammable stuff.
