Recent Topics Issue?

True, but in the past I have been able to go back to where posts like the "Latest Acquisitions" and "What's on the Bench" are if they're more than 4 pages back but cannot do so now...

That's where they have always been.
Of course, you could use the search function or subscribe to the thread.
 
Guess we only have 4 pages of stuff in the recent topics. it's based on date, I think 90 days. You can look at the index and find topics as Mike pointed out.
 
Not sure if this was solved but you can set the time from, month, year, etc on the left of the little bar with the page numbers (shown on the right)
