1/35 Brummbar Early, Mid and Late Models : an Overview with builds. 29th Nov UPDATE

Build 2 - [EARLY] late version CONTINUED............... A little more progress and probably the last for the year, as my modelling has been brought to a stand still by [overdue] renovations on the house. I applied the Tamiya Zimmerit (which is actually a sticker and not a decal) upgrade set...

    1/96 scale USS Constitution build.

:wow::notworthy :notworthy Just beautiful work on this old kit. I love the wood tones inside the deck boats and the way they contrast with the deck and rigging. The whole thing is just wonderful and a great fix on the original kit.

    Have a Holy, Jolly....

I would love a 1/72 Type 9D2 Uboat but nobody has done one and probably won't, so I will sttle for a 1/16 Hanomag with the Pak 40 (251/22?) but that is still in the works as well, so I will settle for the house renovations to be finished in time before Xmas. :rolleyes:o_O

Build 2 - [EARLY] late version CONTINUED............... The next stage involed matching the upper detail parts to the chassis, which brought it's own challenges due to me wanting to open up as much as I could. It began with the [rear] engine deck. Tamiya's was sealed-up and as a result the upper...

1/35 Brummbar Early, Mid and Late Models : an Overview with builds. 29th Nov UPDATE

Build 2 - [EARLY] late version. Drum exhaust, Zimmerit coating Why this vehicle? I was initially drawn in by the drama of the vehicle tipped on its side, as I have wanted to do a vehicle in this postion in a scene for some time, with the small differences to the late version, 'sealing the...
