I would go Tamiya myself too. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Trumpeter or HobbyBoss 1/48 in the future as Trumpy have done it in 1/32 now and those 2 companies like to rescale each other's projects it seems.

What are ICM decals like these days? The few I've built in the past have had shocking decals - just disintegrate in the water.

Thanks! Yeah same as Geoff but it's really nothing to worry about - the D kits are much easier than the A series editions cos of the change in engine. This is number 4 for me now with the Eduard 190s and I like them a lot.
