The turret interior painted up. I also have the 37mm gun ready to go in, then I can put the top of the turret on.

Yep, put his hips into it. I've seen a video of a restored FT with the turret being rotated. They turned without much effort.

Working on the turret interior. They were not to complicated, but there are a few items that are features of the FT's turret I wanted to add. The bolted mantlet plate, and the gunner's wooden waist swivel. The gunner Positioned is body in it to manually rotate the turret.

Your funny Rhino...lol. Got a trucker friend who goes through Atlanta from TN to FLA all the time. He told me if your going I-75 nine times out of 10 balling straight through downtown is better than the bypass.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have. Had to get it fixed before it spread. The auto glass place was great though. Can't tell it was ever cracked. We went up to Crawfordsville, where I grew up to see family. It was just a quick trip. Two days is about all I could handle...haha.

Took me three days to build the tracks. Each link is made up of 3 parts. The sprue gates were huge, so lots of sanding. Glad thats over...

I skimmed through an article on the bankruptcy, (I live under a rock, so I'd never heard of them before yesterday), I gathered they dabled in variety of printing projects, not just modelling.

Ok, here's a spent 1918 37mm shell. Judging by this photo it's about 5" long. In 1/16 scale that's around 3/8 of an inch. Have I gone over the edge to even be thinking about turning some?

I just now noticed MrT's build from 2016. His is the machine gun version, #1006. Mine is the Canon. If there's one thing I wish the Canon version had is the 37mm shells. After Scouring the internet for aftermarket offerings it appears there isn't any. For about a minute I thought about turning...

There's a lot to still do on this build, but I was real curious to see how the tracks went together. Surprisingly they go together without any fuss. There's some sanding as there's 5 sprue gates to each track link alone. Takom's ingenious method for assembling them makes up for that, though.
