    E-Type jag, Scale = big.

It has been 17 years since I had my by pass surgery. I have been watching your builds for that long. They never fail to impress, Paddy, no matter what or how you work through things. You are one of those top shelf modeler type of guys.

No pics yet but I have two. one in 32 and the Tamiya one in 48. I'll get pics up as soon as I can get some things cleared up around here. I have been busy with a persnickety yard tractor. Blade brake, PTO cable and deck leveling. It take me a couple of days to get up off of the ground when doing...

I thought that this was the WWII out fit of the ship. I then noticed the ABLs and the CHAFF launchers. Great building anyway. Keep going.

It is always good to watch you build the mostly impossible kits, Paddy.

    Latest Acquisitions Revisited!

Yeah, real hard to see. I tried flipping them over but it is either the phone camera or the photographer, most likely the latter.

The turnout was awesome. Over 400 models on the table by the time judging began. roughly 25 vendors with multiple tables. This was our first year at the GSB awards and I think that it worked out nicely. here are some pics of the show. Not in any particular order.

A lot of the car guys here in my area usually sand with the high count paper as Bob said. then a high gloss clear. We usually use 2K but that me be unavailable in the UK. I would go with a high gloss lacquer or just try liquor. In the last instance it probably wont matter anyway.

    1/96 scale USS Constitution build.

It is hard for me to believe that this is a plastic kit. A bang up build.

IPMS Great Plains Model Contest (KCCON) 9 March 2024

A couple of guys that are club members here in Tulsa went there. Butch Bryan and his 32 Bell X-1 and Greg Kittenger with his 72 scale Tunnan in UN livery. Both of these guys are superior modelers in their own right. Thanks for the pics.
