This is an excellent figure produced by Ultracast and was released in time for Tamiya's 1/32nd scale Zero as well as all the large scale Hasegawa aircraft

In a © Ziploc bag with a cardboard header, we receive the figure. The header has a color photo of the completed figure and a reference list. The photo is to serve as a painting guide as well as assembly instructions.
/gallery/albums/userpics/10065/UltraCast252520003.jpg Photo 2 shows the contents of the kit which consist of bubble and blemish free castings depicting, from top left and clockwise, the right arm, torso, left arm, sword, and head. A close up of the head can be seen below.

The detail on the figure is exceptional and could be expected from the master by Mike Good. There is some flash to remove and I did take a knife between the legs to remove a touch of excess resin. The arms have rectangular recesses to help align them to the torso which has corresponding raised rectangles. The helmet has fine wrinkling to the leather so care must be taken during clean up so as not to lose the details. The sword did not have any carrier and is intricately detailed.
Assembly was rather quick after cleanup. I used Blu-Tak to temporarily hold the parts together for the photos 4 through 6. The pose is natural and stood on its own. As for accuracy, the uniform and parachute strap details match those in the recommended Osprey books as well as several other books in my library.
