Started this one for a filler as paint dried on other projects.

Very good kit.
This went together very well.
Thanks for looking in.

That is really sharp looking. I have always loved the clean lines of the early Cobras.

What color was used for the olive drab, looks really good.

Thanks everyone
10,
I used Model Master Olive Drab - Acrylic.
For my Vietnam builds I use Model Master colors.
The Vallejo SEA colors seem off to me.
622 - to white
079 - to dark
102 - to green
219 - to brown
Olive drab - to green.
I use Vallejo for all other colors.

Thanks John.
Me too.
We got S model Cobras in 93 in my guard unit.
The full-time guys hated them.
About 35 hours of maintenance for one hour of flight time.
They lasted 3 years, then came the Blackhawks.
We transitioned from a CAV unit to a Medvac unit.

There's even an earlier version with left side tail rotor and no Vulcan cannon. We only had one of our Cobras with the Vulcan. The Blue Max Guys were stationed at Phu Loi. Great job !! Gary S. XXXXV XX XX

Thank you everyone.
My next Cobra will be the earlier version.
The Special Hobby Kit has the left tail rotor mount in it.
I need to research markings
