Drip pans? I thought they drained everything and conditioned them to be static displays. That one looks like it just needs some major maintenance.

Most of the vehicles they have on static display have some form of drip pans. I agree thought the fluids would have been long gone. Then again it might be the heat that brings the fluids back out.
