TOPIC: Tamiya's new Elefant

Tamiya's new Elefant 04 Oct 2012 13:59 #1

Hello again,
here's my latest victim, beeing built mostly ootb except for the barrel and the home made Zimmerit.
It's a nice kit indeed, yet offering room for improvements for those who are willing to invest more money and time.
Thanks for looking
Sven

Very nice. I really like all aspects of it, but especially the leaves. They really add that little extra oomph. Nicely done.

"In the end, more than freedom, they wanted security.
They wanted a comfortable life, and they lost it all - security,
comfort, and freedom. When the Athenians finally wanted not to give to society but for society to give to them, when the freedom they wished for most was freedom from responsibility, then Athens ceased to be free and was never free again."

Very nicely done. And I agree with the rust and the leaves. Its just enough to give the model the extra kick. Thanks for sharing.

Well, thank you all. Glad you like it. There are good chances to see this in 1/48 next year btw ;)
Keep up the great work. Sorry that I can't get more involved these days. My job keeps sucking away all my fora-time.
Cheers
Sven
