Loads of pics to process...and while we wait on awards, I'll sum up. Only one vendor...no raffle...guess that's what happens when there's no hobby shops around except in NH. Lots of models...I entered 7 or so just for kicks...we will see...

There were 214 models total by 42 people...small show. Course when my only show reference to compare to was Virginia at AMPS years back it is a rather striking difference. Also realized it's much more fun to go to these things with someone like Saul and Doc Steinman than alone...I'm not overly extroverted and these guys were pretty much from the club here or in Vermont and from Montreal.

I ended up getting first in trucks with my Revell Wrecker, second in one of the car categories with my Tuskegee Ford Mustang, and third with my Bosnian AMX-30 and WWI German soldier from Verlinden out of the 7 models I brought.

My apologies ahead of time to the car guys...I left during the three hours of judging to visit with my mom and was planning on coming back to take more pics...but when I got back those guys had packed them up already. :smack

Junior category first....only three kids entered total...this was really struck me as well done...

Definitely not much competition ;) I dropped about $60 on AMMO by Mig products including some WWI paint sets ;)

Aircraft and autos definitely ruled the overall quantity of kits...and I'll make up for the lack of any auto pics with planes ;)

Some great stuff in 1/48...

Sadly it was hard to get pics of the figures as well as that was a busy area...and the ones I did take ended up blurry, but this Viking was cool--

Not a bad little show...wish there were some demos or something similar so we could learn some techniques or the like...

Looks like a great little show. Thanks for posting pics of the small scale armor; most of the time everyone forgets to shoot them. I think it's because they are all too small to see! :p:! :woohoo:

Congrats on your well-deserved awards. That is some sensational work you entered.
