I was getting ready to order some decals from Empire City and discovered their website is offline... and up for sale. Does anyone know what happened to this guy?
 
Check the site out, don't find that it's up for sale, just not responding. Ran a whois on the domain name and it shows it's in a redemption state, which means the owner has requested it be deleted.

Sounds like he's closing up shop.
